Description:
We are looking for an ambitious & energetic Business Development Manager to extend our global reach through expert cultivation of new, untapped business opportunities and relationships.
Requirement:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDM or similar role,
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
3. Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills,
4. Time management and planning skills,
5. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting,
6. A degree in Business Administration or equivalent is a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities,
2. Take a lead role in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships,
3. Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets,
4. Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new-venture integration,
5. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth,
6. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives,
7. Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.
