Description:

We’re looking for E-Commerce Coordinator with knowledge and working experience on e-commerce marketplace and own shopping portal in our Kolkata office. The candidates should at least 1 years+ experience in E-Commerce Industry.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Fluent in speaking and communicating in English
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Advance use and understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Ecommerce cataloging & listing knowledge 
  • Data Mining Experience
  • Good at taking and following instructions
  • Tracking all online orders from different marketplace
  • Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely pickups.
  • Creating shipping labels, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner.
  • Managing stock, incoming, and outgoing inventory
  • Answer emails and calls. Follow up with marketplaces.
