• HR plays a vital role in the organisation by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
• They are responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
• Candidate needs to ensure organisational policies and regulations for all employees, like attendance, day-to-day employee management, pay slip generation, PF and ESI implementation, and other regular processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, social media platforms, professional networks).
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various job positions.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in available positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed.
• The candidate must have proven knowledge in overall HR operations like payroll management, ESI and PF implementation, payslip generation, day-to-day employee management, and other required processes.
• Create an employee performance report for the annual appraisal.
• Arrange HR activities and office programmes like birthday celebrations, Independence Day celebrations, and others.
• Candidates must be flexible to handle daily operations like ordering tea and coffee snacks for employees as per requirements.
• The candidate must handle banking and other official compliances.
