Apply for HR Recruiter and Admin Executive , Located at Kolkata

We are looking for a talented HR Executive to join our rapidly growing team in our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibility:

1. Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling candidates from various job portals and sources.
2. Following up with the candidates and conducting the initial round of interviews
3. Paper and scores checking of the candidates and arranging final managerial rounds.
4. Sending offer letters, documentation, and conducting joining formalities.
5. Build Data Bank for future vacancies.
6. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
7. Efficiently manage the organization structure and HR policies.
8. Building reward and recognition processes.
9. Ensuring employee support and employee welfare.
10. Pay slip generation.

Other Responsibility

1. Open employee salary accounts under our company corporate accounts
2. Work with a few vendors for some office materials
3. Coordinate with other business bodies for official purposes.
4. Banking is related to a few business communications from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. BBA ( HR ) / MBA ( HR )/ BA ( English) / MA ( English ) 
2. 1 Year + experience in IT Recruiting
3. Good Communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi languages.
4. Must have expertise in Excel like VLOOKUP, Pivot table, etc.
