Idiocom focuses on organic growth with built-in SEO architecture, multilingual automation, performance optimization, and plug-and-play commerce infrastructure—enabling businesses to launch and scale globally without heavy technical dependency.

We are currently transitioning from a service-led organization to a global SaaS product company, and we are looking for a Product Manager who can drive structured execution and product delivery.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Product Manager to own the product lifecycle—from idea definition to release execution. You will work closely with the Founder, engineering teams, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys converting vision into structured execution.

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Execution

• Translate product vision into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Define the product roadmap and sprint-level deliverables.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure features move smoothly from concept → development → QA → release.

Agile Delivery Management

• Lead sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate across Backend, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Track progress and remove execution blockers.

Quality & Delivery Management

• Define acceptance criteria and release readiness.
• Ensure QA validation before production deployment.
• Monitor timelines and maintain delivery discipline.

Documentation & Communication

• Create clear feature documentation.
• Act as the communication bridge between business and engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years above experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management.
• Experience working with SaaS or marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Linear, or similar.
• Technical understanding of web applications (API, frontend/backend workflows).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Experience in eCommerce or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
